Jalandhar: The Department of Management Studies, CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan organized a Pre Budget Talk. The panel of academicians analyzed the expectations from the Union Budget of 2022 which ought to be presented by Honorable Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the Parliament on February 1, 2022 from the view of various sectors.
Further, the platform was set up to discuss about policy initiatives, key aspects of the budgeting and hospitality industry, finance and education, media and entertainment, healthcare and wellbeing, research and innovation etc. The discussion was followed by a question and answer session.
The panelists were Simran Sood, AP, Hotel management; Rimmy Yadav, AP, Computer Applications; Anisha Kundra, CoD, Media studies; Aditi Saini, AP, Management studies and Manish, AP, Engineering Department.
Rohit Sharma, Principal, Hotel Management, also shared his views that the budget must be viewed pragmatically in terms of the state can do and what it cannot. He added that the budgets must fulfill the role of allocation, distribution and stabilization in all sectors.
Dr. Yogesh Chhabra, Campus Director congratulated all the panelist members for organizing such a meaningful talk.
